Our Approach
You might be curious as to how we make our process seamless no matter which product, solution, team, or facility location. Below we have outlined some of the “extra steps” we build into our project process to ensure your project is successfully executed and positively communicated to your stakeholders.
We believe that some of the steps below are what make our team EXCEPTIONAL.
Design Standards Play Book
The “Play Book” shown is a real client example of how we document company standards to ensure a consistent aesthetic across all facility locations and support strong buying power. The Play Book can be utilized as a resource for communicating design intent approved by the home office and assist in ordering/reordering product solutions with the guided expertise by American Interiors.
Project Management Approach

PlanGrid
EASY TO USE / BUILT FOR THE FIELD / LIGHTNING-FAST
PlanGrid, a mobile construction management software giving anyone real-time access to blueprints, punch lists, daily reports, submittal and more. The platform allows our project managers to deliver instant information to team members who need it. The ability to markup plans with notes and photos right from the field expedites communication. Generated reports can then be shared among project team members routinely or as needed.
Here is an example of a punch list report.
We are #ALLIN
We are dedicated to Chase. Because of our diverse experience outfitting commercial spaces with pre-fab interiors and furniture solutions, we are confident in a future, successful business partnership.
Continuous communication and engagement is key to a successful project which is why we come to you, no matter the distance. We value in-person collaboration with the end user, sub-trades and our installation network across the U.S. We will continue to invest in our team and our network of installation partners to ensure we have the right team and the right solution for each Chase location or facility.
Your Personal Ordering Portal
Once your company standards are developed, reviewed, and approved, we create an online, password protected portal that can be used to communicate design standards and/or request an order to be placed.
Not sure what you need? No worries! Leave it to the experts - that’s why on every page of the portal there is a contact us form to be completed.
This form will notify the appropriate team member in order to start the conversation withing 24 hours of submitting the request. No matter the solution type, we have the expertise to coach and guide you to the right solution.
