DESIGN & SPECIFICATION
STANDARDS PLAY BOOK
The “Play Book” shown is a real client example of how we document company standards to ensure a consistent aesthetic across all facility locations and support strong buying power. The Play Book can be utilized as a resource for communicating design intent approved by management and assist in ordering/reordering product solutions with guided expertise by American Interiors.
YOUR PERSONAL ORDERING PORTAL
Once your company standards are developed, reviewed, and approved, we create an online, password protected portal that can be used to communicate design standards and/or request orders to be placed. Not sure what you need? No worries! Leave it to the experts - that’s why on every page of the portal there is a contact us form.
This form will notify the appropriate team member in order to start the conversation within 24 hours of submitting the request form.
INSTALLATION NETWORK
Continuous communication and engagement is key to a successful project which is why we come to you, no matter the distance. We value in-person collaboration with the end user, sub-trades and our installation network across the U.S. We will continue to invest in our team and our network of installation partners to ensure we have the right team and the right solution for each location or facility.

The platform allows our project managers to deliver instant information to team members who need it. The ability to markup plans with notes and photos right from the field expedites communication. Generated reports can then be shared among project team members routinely or as needed.
